WWB · Robinhood Chain · for people who already hold tokenized stock

Most tokens have a whitepaper. This one has filings.

WWB is built inside the WOWOO ecosystem, whose founder runs a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Every milestone goes through statutory disclosure to the exchange before anyone is allowed to talk about it. That is a slower way to build. It is also a paper trail you can read.

01 · The paper trail

Disclosed first. Announced second.

A memecoin can say anything on a Friday night. A listed company files it with the exchange, in Japanese, under its own name, with legal review, and cannot take it back. These are real filings for the WOWOO ecosystem, in reverse order.

Filings are made in Japanese through the exchange. The list above links a public third-party mirror so you can read the original document. This page is not a disclosure channel and never will be — it only points at them.

02 · If you hold tokenized stock on this chain

You already hold it.
Now you can prove it.

Anyone can type “I hold NVDA” into a forum. Nobody can check it. That is the oldest lie on the internet and it is still unfixed.

Proof of Holding reads the public chain and issues a proof that says one thing: the owner of this key held this token at this moment. You sign it yourself. We never take custody, never move funds, and never learn who you are.

It costs nothing. It was filed with the Tokyo Stock Exchange before it existed.

Proof of Holding

  • Issued only to the key that signs — nobody can claim your address
  • Amounts are never stored or shown, only the fact that you held
  • No name, no address, no e-mail; your address is salted before it is saved
  • Anyone can check a proof by its number, and still not learn who you are
  • 194 tokenized stocks from the public registry are covered

We read the public chain and the public registry. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Robinhood or with any token issuer, and we recommend no security. A proof is a record of a past fact, not a statement about value. The tokenized stocks in that registry do not, to our knowledge, carry voting rights in the underlying company.

03 · And the token itself

WWB is spent by burning it.

When a shop thanks a customer, a couple seals a vow, or a neighbour says thank you on a map, the ecosystem burns WWB on their behalf. Giving destroys supply. Nobody profits from the burn. Every burn carries a reason code and lives on chain forever.

This is Burnie. It grows on thank-yous, not on money.

Every thank-you counts the same, whatever its size. A large burn and a small one move Burnie by exactly one. That is the whole argument of this project, in the shape of a rabbit on fire.
